Airrack's Casino Video and DraftKings Ads: What Was Sponsored
Airrack's casino video is "I Cheated Until the Casino Banned Me," posted April 29, 2026 and filmed at the Inn of the Mountain Gods casino resort. Its description says the video was not sponsored or paid for by any casino. His paid gambling deal is with DraftKings, which has sponsored at least three of his 2026 videos.
I'm Andy. I'm a former gambling addict who built up roughly $100,000 of gambling debt between 18 and my mid-20s, and I've worked in marketing for over a decade. Nobody pays me to write this, and I've turned down gambling sponsorships myself. I've made videos about this (Everything Wrong With Airracks Gambling Video and Airrack Put an ACTUAL Casino Ad in a Kids Video). This is the written version, with sources.
What happened in the Airrack casino video?
Airrack brought in so-called professional gamblers to try to beat a real casino. What they did was advantage play, which is legal, and the wins were small.
The video is part of his "Cheated" series: bring in experts, try to beat a game, keep going until you're banned. The casino episode came first. It had about 17.2 million views by November 3, 2026 (YouTube). Here's what I pointed out when I watched it:
- The "cheating" was advantage play, which is legal. Some of the experts sell their methods: the description links one to a paid courses site and another to a dice-control site.
- The pros mostly lost. One dice expert threw 35 times in a row and they made $250.
- About five minutes in, Airrack thanks the casino for letting him film, while he and his co-star wear the casino's branded hats.
- The description credits the casino and links to its website.
- I didn't see an ad disclosure.
Was Airrack's casino video sponsored?
Airrack says no. As of November 2026, the video's description states it was not sponsored or paid for by any casino.
The description also calls the video entertainment, tells viewers not to try to recreate it, and points anyone with a gambling problem to 1-800-GAMBLER. I have no evidence the casino paid him, and I'm not saying it did. That also explains why I didn't see a disclosure: by his account, there was no ad to disclose.
My problem was never only the money. Paid or not, a casino got thanked, worn and linked in front of millions of viewers, in a video built around the idea that the right system beats the house. In my opinion, to a viewer that lands a lot like an ad.
The Airrack casino controversy, and the Reddit threads
The controversy is mostly viewers and other creators, me included, arguing that a casino video doesn't belong on a mass-appeal channel like his.
If you searched "airrack casino video reddit," you're probably asking what I was: was it real, was it paid, and why make it? I don't use Reddit threads as sources. Here are the sourced answers. The advantage play was real and legal. The results were small. And Airrack says no casino sponsored or paid for the video. I haven't found mainstream news coverage of it as of November 2026.
Airrack's gambling ads: the DraftKings deal
Yes, Airrack has a DraftKings sponsorship. It's a disclosed, paid deal, marked #DKPartner, and it has run in at least three of his 2026 videos.
The first was "I 'Cheated' Until the Arcade Banned Me," posted July 13, 2026 (YouTube). He and his team go into a Dave & Buster's and chase nearly 300,000 tickets to win a PlayStation 5. It had about 30.5 million views by November 3, 2026. Tubefilter, which tracks branded YouTube videos, reported that DraftKings tapped him to promote its World Cup wagers, and pointed out he was using a video all about winning to sell a betting app.
Here's the part I think matters most. In the description, the DraftKings ad offers new customers a sign-up bonus and gives two codes. Viewers "vote" for which World Cup match Airrack goes to by signing up with one code or the other. His next video, "I 'Cheated' Until The Carnival Banned Me," posted August 30, 2026 with about 29.6 million views by November 3, used the same setup: sign up with one of two codes to vote where he lives next, and the most codes wins (YouTube). I'm not printing the codes.
Think about what that does. Voting is something fans do for fun. Here, the way to vote is to open a sportsbook account. In my opinion, that turns a fan's loyalty into a sign-up, and it's the worst part of the deal. To his credit, when I covered the arcade ad I noted it included helplines.
DraftKings came back in October. Tubefilter's October 2026 list includes "I Hid In MrBeast's Grocery Store," at about 16.8 million views, sponsored by DraftKings. Tubefilter reported that he told first-time users they could turn $5 into $150 in total bonuses, and advised reading the fine print. I'd say the same, plus one thing: a bonus is built to get you to place the first bet, not the last one.
Who are Airrack's sponsors and partners?
DraftKings is the only gambling sponsor I could confirm. His other reported brand deals are mainstream ones.
Tubefilter's weekly branded video rankings have listed Airrack videos sponsored by air up (a 2023 video about the world's fastest vehicles) and SoFi (his 2024 "600 Day Transformation Against MrBeast" video). The casino video's own description lists two non-gambling sponsors and no casino sponsor. The DraftKings deal is different because the product is betting, and the videos are built around beating a game.
What this deal is really selling
This part is my opinion.
Airrack's whole series sells one idea: there's a system, and people like you can beat it. Put a casino in April next to a sportsbook in the summer, and the message stacks, even if no casino paid for the first one. The casino video shows "pros" with strategies. The arcade video shows a team winning. Then the ad tells you to sign up and claim a bonus. The losses, like 35 dice throws for $250, are easy to miss. The wins are the thumbnail.
The settings matter too. An arcade and a carnival are places most of us first went as kids. These videos get around 30 million views each. Even if most of his audience is adult, a small slice of that is a lot of young people watching a betting ad inside a video about prizes and tickets. I've written more about how this works in how casinos use influencers to promote gambling.
I don't think Airrack is a bad person. I think he made a business decision, and the people who pay for it aren't him. They're the viewers who learn that betting is just another game you can be good at. You can't. The house edge is the business.
